Goucher College in Baltimore, MD is seeking an instructor to teach Psychological Distress and Disorder (description below) in the Fall 2021 semester (August 26-December 17). Goucher plans for courses to be taught in person in the fall, and although we prefer an instructor who can teach face-to-face, we will consider strong candidates who can teach synchronously online or a hybrid format.

PSY 238 - PSYCHOLOGICAL DISTRESS AND DISORDER (4 CR.)
This course presents different approaches to understanding and conceptualizing psychological distress and disorder. The major psychological disorders will be examined in cultural context. Different theoretical perspectives will be considered, as well as the ways in which psychological disorders have been and are currently treated.
